- Just discovered it was OBS in my case, probably clicked some shortcut to change scenes and it went into window capture mode where Chrome was selected

Considerato che tu ti occupi anche di video editing, come spiegazione รจ verosimile ๐ quindi verifica bene questa cosa, direi anche dal task manager quali processi, applicazioni siano attivi.
